Designed: September/October 2000 Challenge: To redesign an iron Solution: In keeping the basic iron design the same, I focused on simply sprucing it up a bit, emphasizing sleek lines and overlapping surfaces in the plastic casing. A comfortable handle and easy to use controls were included. This product was modeled and rendered in Rhino3D, with an alpha model was milled out of Styrofoam and finished with white primer.
